McDavid's Double-OT Winner Seals Game 4 Victory

Stars' Three-Goal Lead Evaporates in Oilers' Dramatic Comeback

The Edmonton Oilers overcame a 3-0 deficit to defeat the Dallas Stars 5-2 in Game 4 of the Western Conference Final on Tuesday night.

Connor McDavid led the Oilers' charge, scoring the game-winning goal in double overtime and adding an assist earlier in the game. Evan Bouchard, Leon Draisaitl, Brett Kulak, and Zach Hyman also contributed goals for Edmonton.

The Stars jumped out to a quick 2-0 lead in the first period on goals from Joe Pavelski and Wyatt Johnston. Roope Hintz made it 3-0 early in the second period, but the Oilers responded with a power-play goal from Bouchard late in the frame.

The Oilers continued to chip away in the third period, tying the game on goals from Draisaitl and Kulak. Hyman gave Edmonton its first lead of the game with just over five minutes remaining in regulation.

The Stars applied heavy pressure in the final minutes of regulation and overtime, but goaltender Mike Smith stood tall to preserve the victory for the Oilers.

The Oilers now lead the series 3-1 and are one win away from advancing to the Stanley Cup Final. Game 5 will be played in Dallas on Thursday night.
